Fitness As A Way of Life

30-minute mandatory consultation for new clients

If you are a new client, please schedule a 30-minute fitness consultation with me before our first training session. This session will allow us to discuss your fitness goals and come up with a unique plan that is suited to you.

 

We believe in transparent fees for our services.  Our entry level is for $35 per training session of 45 minutes.  For an hour the fee is $45.  Our meal plan is in addition to training session fees, and will be tailored to your needs.  The weekly cost is $70.

Daily COVID Checklist

 

First and foremost it is recommended that all trainees are fully vaccinated.  You will be expected to wear a mask during training.  

 

Secondly, Use this checklist before showing up for training.  If you answer “YES” to all of the below questions, please cancel your training session and get a COVID Test.  Once you have tested negative you may return to training with your test result no older than 72 hours and not any symptoms.   

1. I currently have a temperature of 100.4° F [38° C] or higher, checked daily.

2. I am currently experiencing any of the following symptoms potentially associated with COVID-19: fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea; OR, if I am currently experiencing any of the above symptoms, I have consulted with a health care provider, who has confirmed that my symptoms are related to a previously diagnosed chronic illness or condition (such as asthma, allergies, etc.) and are not related to COVID-19.

3. If you have previously experienced:

  • any of the above COVID-19 symptoms,

  • tested positive for COVID-19

  • and/or was advised by a medical professional to get tested for COVID 19.

you must have a negative test result with 72 hours, and be symptom free before returning to training.   You will be expected to show documentation for the negative test.   Further resources can be found at the the CDC Website Link: Stop the Spread of COVID

4. During the past 14 days, I have not been in close contact with anyone who has been diagnosed with COVID-19 or is showing any of the above COVID-19 symptoms (including during the 48-hour period prior to symptoms showing); OR, if I have been in close contact, I meet the CDC criteria for natural or vaccine-derived immunity outlined in the Coronavirus CDC online resources.

5. If you have traveled internationally or to any location which has a high infection rate, please self-isolate for the required length of time and take COVID 19 test before your return.
